2015年泉州市初中畢業(yè)、升學(xué)考試說明
英 語
一、命題依據(jù)
英語科考試以國家教育部制訂的《義務(wù)教育英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(2011年版)》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》)和福建省教育廳頒發(fā)的《2015年福建省初中學(xué)業(yè)考試大綱(英語)》為依據(jù),結(jié)合我市初中英語教學(xué)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行命題。
二、命題原則
命題嚴(yán)格按照國家教育部制訂的《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中 “五級(jí)目標(biāo) ”的要求和本市的英語教學(xué)實(shí)際,貫徹教育部基礎(chǔ)教育司對(duì)中考改革的《指導(dǎo)意見》中的“中考命題要切實(shí)體現(xiàn)素質(zhì)教育的要求, 加強(qiáng)與社會(huì)實(shí)際和學(xué)生生活實(shí)際的聯(lián)系, 重視對(duì)學(xué)生運(yùn)用所學(xué)的知識(shí)和技能分析問題、解決問題能力的考察, 有助于學(xué)生創(chuàng)造性的發(fā)揮,”和“外語考試應(yīng)著重考查學(xué)生理解,運(yùn)用語言的能力,要重視對(duì)聽力的考查,要降低對(duì)語法的要求,不出偏、難的語法試題。”的精神。努力做到兩個(gè)面向, 四個(gè)有利, 即: 有利于貫徹國家的教育方針, 推進(jìn)中小學(xué)實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育; 有利于體現(xiàn)九年義務(wù)教育的性質(zhì),全面提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量;有利于中小學(xué)課程改革, 培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和實(shí)踐能力;有利于建立科學(xué)的初中畢業(yè)、升學(xué)考試管理制度, 減輕學(xué)生過重的負(fù)擔(dān), 促進(jìn)學(xué)生生動(dòng)活潑, 主動(dòng)的學(xué)習(xí)。
三、適用范圍
全日制義務(wù)教育九年級(jí)學(xué)生英語學(xué)業(yè)考試。
四、考試范圍
以國家教育部制訂的《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中所規(guī)定的九年級(jí)結(jié)束時(shí)應(yīng)達(dá)到的“五級(jí)目標(biāo) ”的基本要求作為考試的范圍。
五、內(nèi)容和目標(biāo)要求
在確定具體考試內(nèi)容和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí),主要以教育部頒發(fā)的《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中的“五級(jí)目標(biāo) ”規(guī)定的教學(xué)要求為依據(jù)。在突出學(xué)科特點(diǎn)的同時(shí),體現(xiàn)貫徹新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的理念,側(cè)重考查學(xué)生的語言技能、語言知識(shí)、跨文化意識(shí)、跨文化交際能力和語言的綜合運(yùn)用能力,即聽、說、讀、寫的四項(xiàng)基本技能。同時(shí)注重滲透思想品德教育、注重聯(lián)系學(xué)生生活實(shí)際和學(xué)生創(chuàng)新思維能力的考查。有利于考生展示實(shí)際水平,有利于促進(jìn)中小學(xué)教學(xué)改革,突出改革意識(shí),有利于學(xué)生的終身學(xué)習(xí)。
六、考試形式
考試形式包括兩部分內(nèi)容:聽力部分(20%)和筆試部分(80%),(因今年暫不具備口試條件,仍然在筆試部分中考查“口語應(yīng)用”,占全卷10%)。試卷采取書面作答,閉卷考試的方式。聽力部分測(cè)試基本語句理解,初步交際運(yùn)用和短文理解等。筆試部分測(cè)試詞匯,語法,日常交際用語,英語知識(shí)的綜合運(yùn)用,閱讀理解和書面表達(dá)等。
英語試卷分為第一卷(選擇題)和第二卷(非選擇題)兩部分。因今年仍采用網(wǎng)上集中評(píng)卷,考生必須按要求規(guī)范操作。答第一卷時(shí),每小題選出答案后,用2B鉛筆把答題卡上對(duì)應(yīng)題目的答案標(biāo)號(hào)涂黑,若有改動(dòng),用橡皮擦干凈后,再選涂其他答案標(biāo)號(hào)。答第二卷時(shí),考生必須將答案寫在答題卡相應(yīng)的位置上,不能將答案寫在試卷上。注意書寫規(guī)范、答題卡整潔。
七、試卷難度
試卷難度值控制在0.8左右;易:中:難的比例為8:1:1。
八、試卷結(jié)構(gòu)
試卷包括聽力部分和筆試兩部分。
全卷滿分為150分(其中聽力部分30分,筆試部分120分),考試時(shí)間為120分鐘(其中聽力部分測(cè)試時(shí)間不超過30分鐘)。
第一卷 (100分)(答案涂在答題卡上)
第一部分 聽力 (共兩節(jié), 滿分30分)
考生在聽每個(gè)句子、每段對(duì)話或短文前都有時(shí)間閱讀各個(gè)小題,聽完后,各個(gè)小題也將給出作答時(shí)間。
第一節(jié) 聽句子(共5小題;每小題1.5分,滿分7.5分)
該部分有5個(gè)句子,要求考生從A、B、C三個(gè)圖畫中選出符合句子內(nèi)容的圖畫; 共5個(gè)小題,7.5分。每個(gè)句子讀兩遍。
第二節(jié):聽對(duì)話 (共15小題; 每小題1.5分,滿分22.5分)
該部分有7段對(duì)話或獨(dú)白,每段對(duì)話或獨(dú)白后有1、2、3或5個(gè)小題,要求考生根據(jù)對(duì)話內(nèi)容和要求從每小題所給的3個(gè)選項(xiàng)中選出正確答案。共15個(gè)小題,22.5分。前6段對(duì)話讀兩遍;第七段對(duì)話或獨(dú)白讀三遍。
聽力部分語速為每分鐘100-140個(gè)詞左右。
第二部分 語言知識(shí)運(yùn)用選擇題 (共三節(jié), 滿分35分)
第一節(jié) 單項(xiàng)填空 (共15小題; 每小題1分, 滿分15分)
要求考生從A、B、C 三個(gè)選項(xiàng)中選出最佳的答案,考查的內(nèi)容包括基礎(chǔ)詞匯知識(shí)、語法知識(shí)和習(xí)慣用法等。
第二節(jié) 完形填空 (共10 小題; 每小題1分, 滿分10分)
在一篇短文中留出10個(gè)空白處,要求考生從每小題的三個(gè)選項(xiàng)中,選擇最佳答案,使補(bǔ)全后的短文意思通順,結(jié)構(gòu)完整。此題要求考生必須通篇考慮,掌握大意,綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)的詞匯和語法知識(shí),選擇最佳答案。
第三節(jié) 補(bǔ)全對(duì)話 (共5小題; 每小題2分, 滿分10分)
要求考生根據(jù)對(duì)話內(nèi)容,從對(duì)話后的選項(xiàng)中選出能填入空白處的最佳選項(xiàng),使對(duì)話意思連貫、正確。此大題間接考查考生說的能力,以屬于口語應(yīng)用題。
第三部分 閱讀理解 (A、B、C、E篇每小題2分;D篇每小題1分,滿分45分)(其中E篇任務(wù)型閱讀放在第II卷)
閱讀理解部分共有5篇文章,每篇文章后各有5個(gè)小題,共25小題。
A篇(共5小題,10分)要求考生根據(jù)所給的閱讀材料,進(jìn)行正誤判斷(正確的涂A, 錯(cuò)誤的涂B)。
B、C二篇( 共10小題,20分)要求考生根據(jù)所給的材料,在閱讀理解的基礎(chǔ)上,從每小題的三個(gè)選項(xiàng)中,選出最佳答案。此大題考查學(xué)生的綜合運(yùn)用語言的能力和語言分析與邏輯推理的能力。既要理解具體的事實(shí)、細(xì)節(jié),也要理解抽象的概念;既要理解文章的表層意思,也要理解文章的內(nèi)涵,并能概括文章的中心思想。
D篇(共5小題,5分)是在一篇短文中留出5個(gè)空格,要求考生在閱讀理解的基礎(chǔ)上還原短文中的句子使短文通順、連貫、意思完整。
第二卷(50分) (答案必須寫在答題卡上)
E篇 任務(wù)型閱讀(共5小題, 10分),要求考生根據(jù)所給的材料,在閱讀理解的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)文章內(nèi)容進(jìn)行段落與小標(biāo)題匹配或完成表格。主要考查考生對(duì)書面語言的理解能力和信息的獲取和處理能力。
第四部分 語言知識(shí)運(yùn)用填寫題(共20小題; 每小題1分, 滿分20分)
第一節(jié) 詞匯運(yùn)用(共10小題,10分),要求考生根據(jù)所給的提示填寫單詞或詞組,使句子的意思完整、正確。 此大題是考查考生對(duì)英語語言基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)掌握的情況。
第二節(jié) 遣詞造句(共5小題,10分)要求考生根據(jù)每題所提供的圖畫情景和提示詞,寫一個(gè)與圖畫情景相符的句子。此大題不僅要考查考生的識(shí)圖能力,而且要考查考生對(duì)基本句型的應(yīng)用能力。
第三節(jié) 綜合填空(共5空格,5分) 在一篇難度適中的短文中留出5個(gè)空白處,短文上方有一個(gè)備選詞匯框,要求考生根據(jù)短文大意和語境選擇方框內(nèi)的單詞,并用其正確的形式填入空白處,每空只填一個(gè)單詞,使補(bǔ)全后的短文意思通順,語法正確,結(jié)構(gòu)完整。
此大題不僅要考查考生對(duì)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和基本技能的應(yīng)用能力,而且要考查考生的語篇理解能力和語言的表達(dá)能力。
第五部分 書面表達(dá)(滿分15分)
要求考生根據(jù)所給的提示、圖片或情境,用英語寫一篇詞數(shù)為90左右的短文。此題主要是考查考生的英語書面表達(dá)能力。

Plants are very important living things. Life could not go if there were no plants. This is because plants can produce food from the air, water and sunlight. Animals and man cannot produce food from the air, water and sunlight as plants do. Animals get their food by eating plants or other animals which eat plants. So animals and man need plants in order to live.
If you look carefully at the plants around you, you will find that there are two kinds of plants: flowering plants and non-flowering ones.
Flowering plants can make seeds. The seeds are protected by the fruits. Some fruits have one seed. Some have two, three or four. Some have many. But a few fruits have no seeds at all. An example of a fruit without seeds is the banana.
Most non-flowering plants don’t grow from seeds. They grow from spores (孢子). Spores are very, very small. Some spores are so small and light that they can float in the air. We may say that spores are quite the same as the seeds. When these spores fall on wet and shady places, they usually grow into new plants.

There are many unusual hotels around the world. In Greenland, there is a hotel made out of ice, open between April and December every year. In Turkey, there is a cave hotel with a television, furniture, and a bathroom in each room. And in Bolivia, there is the Salt Palace Hotel.

In the early 1990s, a man named Juan Quesada built the hotel. He cut big blocks (塊) of salt from the desert and used the blocks to build it. Everything in the hotel is made out of salt: the walls, the roof, the tables, the chairs, the beds, and the hotel’s bar.
The sun heats the walls and roof during the day. At night the desert is very cold, but the rooms stay warm. The hotel has 12 rooms. A single room costs$40 a night, and a double room costs$60.

How to Make Friends
1. It’s hard to make friends if you stay home alone all the time. Get out of the house and do things that will put you in touch with other people. Join a club or play a sport. Attend meetings or other groups. It’s easier to make friends when you have similar interests.
2. Learn from people who seem to have lots of friends. Watch carefully how they make and keep friends. Don’t copy all of the things they do, but try to notice what they do. Then try some of those things yourself.
3. Don’t be afraid to show people what you’re really good at. Talk about the things you like and do best. Don’t hide your strong points. People will be interested in you if there is something interesting about you.

5. Look people in the eye when you talk to them. That way, they’ll find it easier to talk to you. It’s very difficult to have a conversation with people whose eyes are looking to the left, to the right, or at the floor. People may think you’re not interested in them and may stop being interested in you.
6. Be a good listener. Let people talk about themselves before talking about “me, me, me.” Ask lots of questions and show an interest in their answers.
